A sweet new pop-up is coming to Spark York this week.
Patisserie Gal, founded by Gal Sholder and based in Ripon, will be serving up a selection of sweet treats in a new pop-up at Spark, Piccadilly, on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 July.
The French pâtisserie specialises in show-stopping and luxury bakes – that are 100% plant-based!
Gal is a professional pastry chef with 20 years of experience, including Michelin-star and five-star hotel kitchens around the world.
Each bake is completely homemade, with mouthwatering creations like apple and berries crumble tart, s’mores chocolate tart, hazelnut bar, raspberry cheesecake mousse, banana and pecan tart and loaded cinnamon rolls.
