A fire became out of control and spread due to the dry and windy weather conditions today.
The incident took place in Easingwold this morning, at approximately 11:26 am.
Easingwold firefighters were mobilised to the fire, which measured around 5 metres by 5 metres.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue spokesperson said: “Crews extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet. Advice was given to the responsible person.”
