This image has been released as part of a police investigation in York.
Officers are hoping someone will recognise him.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We’ve issued an image of a man we need to speak to as part of an investigation into malicious communications.
“We’re asking people to get in touch if they recognise him, as he could have information that will help the investigation.”
