York Art Gallery has launched its first online shop.
The new online shop has been launched following the success of an exclusive range of Harland Miller merchandise, created in conjunction with the current exhibition Harland Miller: XXX – to allow even more people to enjoy the unique products.
The range includes collectable gifts such as postcards, pin badges, bags, blankets, and books.
The merchandise is representative of the art works on display, so visitors can take home a version of the popular paintings.
All items are bespoke to the exhibition and have been designed to Miller’s specifications. Many of the products are from UK businesses and suppliers, and others produced in a sustainable and energy conscious manner.
Highlights include the ‘Star’ candle, produced in conjunction with York business, Eboracum Candles. The luxury hand poured wax carries a distinctive scent chosen by Miller, reminiscent of a much-loved cologne.
Ruth Cubitt, retail services manager at York Museums Trust said, “After the popularity of the merchandise accompanying the current exhibition ‘Harland Miller: XXX’, we are delighted to offer our products online.
“It’s an opportunity for people who might not be local to York to take home a piece of this very special exhibition.”
Harland Miller: XXX is open at York Art Gallery until 31 August 2025.
