A man in his 60s was assaulted in York city centre.
The altercation took place at around 9.30am on 22 July, on St Andrewgate, St Andrews Place, when the victim was kicked and punched by another man.
The suspect is described as a white man, around 5ft 6 inches tall, aged between 50 and 60, with grey cropped hair. He had a Tyneside accent and was wearing a black polo shirt with a logo.

Police have asked anyone who witnessed the altercation, or has any CCTV or dashcam footage, to get in touch.
