Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash in North Yorkshire.
It happened on the southbound carriageway of the A1M just before to junction 48 at Boroughbridge at around 4pm on Friday (8 August).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The incident involved at least three vehicles, and potentially further vehicles.

“The vehicles we have identified include a white Ford Transit, a black MG, and a black Nissan.
“There were minor injuries including cuts and bruises to drivers and passengers involved.
“The road was closed for a short time, while we investigated the scene and to allow the vehicles involved to be recovered.
“We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicles prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.”
