A woman has been taken to hospital after a collision close to a pub in the North York Moors.
The pedestrian was struck by a vehicle near the Lion Inn on Blakey Ridge, between Hutton-le-Hole and Castleton.
It was reported at just after 10am today (Monday).

The road was shrouded in either low cloud or fog at the time of the incident.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “A woman pedestrian has been taken to hospital with a head injury following a collision with a vehicle.
“Anyone who was in the area at the time of the collision and has not already spoken to the police should call us on 101 and pass information to the Force Control Room for incident number 121 of 4 August.”
A spokesperson for Yorkshire Ambulance Service said: “We received an emergency call just after 10am on Monday morning to report a collision between a car and pedestrian at High Blakey between Hutton le Hole and Castleton.
“Two ambulances, an air ambulance and a team leader were dispatched to the scene and one patient was conveyed to James Cook Hospital by road.”
