A car was set on fire yesterday evening (Wednesday), in what is believed to have been a deliberate attack.
Malton crews responded to reports of the blaze on Old Maltongate, Malton, at 11:38pm.
Upon arrival of the firefighters, the car fire was already out.
Crews then damped down the vehicle and carried out a fire investigation.
According to North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue, the fire is believed to have been deliberate.
